Curriculum
Eight weeks, one system.
Each block ends with a working deliverable you can bring back to your team the same week.
Weeks 1–2
Foundations
Audit what you have, name the tokens, decide what the system is for and what it is not.
Weeks 3–4
Components
Build the core set with states and accessibility baked in, from buttons to forms and navigation.
Weeks 5–6
Documentation and adoption
Write docs people actually read, run a pilot with one product team, collect what breaks.
Weeks 7–8
Ship and measure
Version the system, set up contribution rules, and show the team what changed with numbers.

Lena has built and maintained design systems for two fintech products and a public broadcaster. She teaches the way she works: small decisions, written down, tested with the people who have to live with them.
Office hours run every Friday, and every project gets a written review at the end of each block.

FAQ
Questions people ask before applying.
Do I need to be a designer already?
Yes. The course assumes you design product interfaces day to day. Engineers who work closely with designers have done well too.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for about six hours: two live sessions of ninety minutes and three to four hours of project work.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded the same day. Feedback and office hours do not require attendance.
Can my company pay?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email with your billing details and we will send an invoice.
